For small teams with mixed screens, Screenbird meets all five criteria checked here: one plan with every feature, a published per-screen price (EUR 12 per month billed annually), five or more device families, offline playback and a built-in AI assistant. Yodeck, OptiSigns, Rise Vision, NoviSign, EasySignage and Kitcast meet four.
How the platforms were checked
Signage ROI checked each platform against five criteria taken from the vendors' own published pages. A criterion counts as met only when the vendor states it. A cell marked n/a means the vendor's pages did not say, which is not the same as no.
- One plan, every feature: the paid product is a single plan with no features reserved for higher tiers.
- Per-screen price published: a starting price per screen or display is visible without contacting sales.
- Five or more device families: counted from Android and Google TV, Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Windows, Raspberry Pi, ChromeOS and Chromecast, BrightSign, and Apple TV or iOS.
- Offline playback stated: the vendor says screens keep playing when the internet drops.
- AI in the product: the vendor states an AI feature inside the product itself.

Screenbird counts six device families, including Samsung and LG TVs through the built-in browser. Mvix sells players with a perpetual cloud licence, so it has no comparable per-screen subscription price. Navori's Cloud Essential price did not render on its pricing page. Enplug is now part of Spectrio, with no published pricing, and is not scored.
Where Screenbird fits
